1. Using AmiSend

AmiSend provides dashboard tools for businesses to prepare, send, schedule and review SMS. You must use the service lawfully and only for messages you are entitled to send.

2. Your account and apps

Keep account access safe. Apps are separate sending workspaces and may have their own sender names, message history and SMS balance.

3. Contacts and consent

You are responsible for having a lawful reason to contact every recipient you add, import or send to. You must honour opt-outs and avoid misleading, abusive or prohibited content.

4. Sender names and routes

Sender IDs may require review before live use. Route availability, delivery outcomes and filtering can depend on destination networks and applicable rules.

5. Funds and charges

SMS funds are held against the app that receives them. Charges are recorded when messages are processed according to the applicable price configuration. Add funds only through approved payment methods.

6. Availability and delivery

We work to keep the service available and records accurate, but delivery can be affected by recipient devices, networks, route conditions and factors outside our control.

7. Suspension

We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect recipients, comply with law, investigate misuse, prevent fraud or protect the service.
